Hospitality Tents and Office & Meeting Space

We know tournaments are hard work on your staff and the game officials. We ensure you have a place to relax and refresh with designated hospitality tents or rooms. Concessions and catering services are available.

The new 25,000 SF pavilion at Ingalls Harbor seats 1,200 people theater style and features a catering kitchen, fireplaces, built-in audiovisual equipment, and Internet access. In addition, office space with wireless Internet access is available at the Jimmy Johns Tennis Center. Across from Jimmy Johns, a large pavilion can accommodate 800 people for a meal or up to 2,000 with a theater-style setup. Additional large, off-site meeting spaces are available as well.
